Ni-CD & Ni-MH

 

1. All Ni-CD and Ni-MH sold have a 12 months warranty period from the date of purchase

2. Items only valid for return if it meets terms of use

3. Items only valid for return with an official proof of purchase from JB Battery

4. Returning items due to wrong ordering, change of mind, or reasons not related to failure of product may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

5. If return items might terms of use and warranty, customers can get a full refund or credit for other purchases

6. Buyers are required to pay for shipping for all return items first, once JB Battery deemed the return meets terms of use and warranty, the shipping cost will be refunded.

7. You must get in contact with JB Battery prior to any shipping of return items, simply shipping items back to JB Battery does not constitute a valid return and will not be refunded

8. Replacements cell/pack are subject to stock availability

9. JB Battery only compensate for purchased amount returned
